Danielle Interviewed for 3 MMM
I was so delighted to participate in a series of short interviews with Eileen Campbell-Reed about my research, teaching, and work prior to the pandemic.
In the first two, I talk about the Christian theology and Harry Potter course that I created for undergraduates back in 2008 and how to have meaningful conversations about tender or tendentious topics. Click here for a link to the first one and here for a link to the second one.
I also had a chance to talk with Eileen about some of my more recent research, which culminated in a book publication that offered a theology of family, infertility, reproductive loss, and surrogacy. You can click here to listen to the interview on that topic.
Finally, we had a chance to talk about how I think about theological education and the importance of contextual, embodied experiences in teaching. You can click here to watch that conversation.
3MMM is an awesome resource for theological educators and also a really unique opportunity to hear from other experts in the field. All the interviews are 3-5 minutes long, so it’s definitely a site worth visiting if you want to learn more about what cutting edge theologians are researching and teaching.
